After a brief delay, so that our paper could dry out a little, the final results of the Bike Rodeo are available here. Everyone who participated did a great job. In order to be fair, we grouped the Scouts by ages so that the older boys did not win everything. Thanks to some local sponsors, we were able to have a door prize as well as gift certificates for local merchants. Every Scout present was automatically entered for the Door Prize. Here are the final results:

A big "Thank You" to the Parents and Boy Scouts who helped run the event! Without your help, we would not have had a smooth Bike Rodeo. For next year, we will try to cross Rain off the list of things to bring...

Pack 3 & 4 Combined Bicycle Rodeo!

What:

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon testing your biking riding skills in different events.

When:

Sunday, June 3rd 2007
Setup begins at 12 PM (for those who want to lend a hand)
The Rodeo begins at 1:30 PM

This event will be held light rain or shine but we cannot hold it without Scouts!

Miscellaneous Information:

There will be stations to demonstrate different bicycle riding skills with awards going to the best riders in different categories / age groups. There will also be a special door prize for all Scouts who attend.
